Te Maurea Whiritoi, a dynamic kapa haka group comprised of the young people of Hamilton, New Zealand has been proudly led by the team at Puaingo since 2009. We have fostered a remarkable pipeline of kapa haka development, empowering participants to flourish as both kaihaka (performers) and well-rounded individuals. For over a decade, our mission has remained steadfast – to offer a holistic kapa haka experience that instils traditional Māori skills and values while striving for excellence in Māori Performing Arts.
